When Accessing Core Web Service, Receive Error loading WSDL due to Schema Location References With Incorrect URL Resulting from Cluster Installation or Change in Proxy Configuration (Doc ID 1513505.1)

Web Service WSDL and XSD files contain references with incorrect URL for the Agile PLM application.

Retrieving the WSDL from the web browser with the URL: https://[host:port]/CoreService/services/BusinessObject?wsdl' gives the following error:

<title>301 Moved Permanently</title>
<h1>Moved Permanently</h1>
<p>The document has moved <a href="https://[host:port]/CoreService/services/BusinessObject">here</a>.</p>

When attempting to add a reference to the Agile Web Services in Visual Studio, recieving an error stating:

The document was understood, but it could not be processed.
  - The WSDL document contains links that could not be resolved.
  - There was an error downloading 'http://[host:port]/CoreService/schema/search/v1/SearchSchema.xsd'.
  - The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found
