Goal

Need to understand the functionality provided by Customer Center in order to provision Discount Sharing Groups in this scenario:

There is an account with two telephony services with 3 Balance Groups (BG). The default Account balance group BG0, and one BG for each service, BG1 and BG2.
Each service requires its own BG because they have their own independent free minutes counters. There is a need to provision a shared pool of resource at account level, so each service can consume them AFTER they have consumed their own private resources.

The question is about HOW to provision the discount sharing group using only Customer Center, Account BG0 being the OWNER of the discount.

By default, BRM will assign a higher priority to the shared pool, but need to change this at provisioning time, before starting to rate CDRs.
