On CCB 2.3.1 SP page.

SP page bottom section -- Click the SP Context Menu in the SP Tree (bottom part)
a. On initial click, the menu looks different than the usual context menu.
b. When mouse is moved towards the plus (+) signs, the menu moves (see Go To Meter Read and Go To Meter/Item Search).
c. The cursor is moving from left to right, and the GUI interface is not looks like the other entire Context Menu format.
d. See below screenshot, the red part, when mouse moving above the icon, the space also moved.
e. Although the click can leading to correct page, but the GUI menu does not looks like normal.

This is a GUI display issue.
