ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to push the plan information to source, the request "Push Plan Information" is not completing. It usually takes 2-4 mins for completion.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the request to complete successfully within 4 mins as usual.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Application,
2. Run the request push plan information.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot publish the plan to source instance.
