Goal

The customer has requirement on equipment to allow inserting into the shelves only the cards, that are created from specifications, related by design (such as shelf to card and slot to card). Therefore the cards, that are created from the specifications that are not related to Equipment Holder specification should be prevented in UIM GUI.
