User Getting "500 - Internal Server Error. Page Cannot Be Displayed" Error When Accessing Reports > E2b Pending

When a user tries to open Reports > E2B Pending the following error is presented:
500 - Internal Server Error. Page Cannot Be Displayed
This only happens for a single user regardless of the client machine used. When attempting to log into Argus Safety directly from the web server and open Reports > E2B Pending the application presents a distorted E2B Pending screen consisting solely of a Trading Partner box (taking the entire page width) seemingly filled with all the available trading partners. The application seems hung trying to process. The "Remove" and "Filter" buttons seem to have no effect.
