Argus Web Server is Freezing - argusvr2.exe hung (Doc ID 1514680.1)

Symptoms

 
Argus Web is freezing (argusvr2.exe) process is hung on the web server, users are unable to work in the Argus front-end.

The only option to resolve or workaround the issue is to kill the argusvr2.exe from server, after which the deadlock disappeared and users were able to work again.

Changes

 Recently upgraded to Argus Safety Version 7.0.1
