 Order to Activate (O2A) cartridges define a rich set of data attributes of order line items that are required for common service fulfillment scenarios. Nevertheless,
there will be situations that additional data is required for fulfillment. For instance, additional customer order data from order capture system such as Siebel
may be required for fulfillment systems or from fulfillment systems to order capture system; Additional service order data may be required among fulfillment
systems.
