Behaviour when Openning the Task After The Order Cancelled (Doc ID 1515016.1)

I send an order to OSM, and in another step I send the cancellation of the order. The order changes its status to cancelled and there is no problem in the cancellation process, but when I review the process history, the creation task appears like it is not closed. The actual duration continues to run, every time that I review the process history the actual duration is different.
