Unable to See Mail in Shared Folder (Doc ID 1515891.1)

Symptoms

User1 shared folders to user2 by using Convergence.

User1's list of shared folders :

Initially, user2 could read mail in the folders test_share, test_share/share1 and test_share_share2.

However, after logging out and logging back in to Convergence, user2 can only see mail in test_share/share1 and test_share_share2.
