Troubleshooting When ORS Processes Cannot Connect During Startup Due to Misconfigured Or Conflicting Ports (Doc ID 1515941.1)

We are deploying ORS 1.13.2.  After the installation and configuration when we started the planner server components and found port conflicts on some ports which are already in use by deployed products and instances. Thus we have manually changed those ports in the configuration files and started the planner sub-components.

After that when we are starting the resource manager gateway process it is killing the switch component for the planner.

What are the port parameters that need to changed for the planner, resource manager and geocode server components? What is the method to change them?
