RMS 13.2.5 Security Issue When Attempting to Sign On to RMS (Doc ID 1516057.1)

There is a security issue in release 13.2.5 where all roles need view access to all of the folders. Without this the user is unable to login to the system.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup user roles with access provided to only the required folders in NAV tables.
2. Then have the user login to RMS.
3. User will observe error message: "FRM 47343 - Invalid node ID specified for hierarchical item TREE".
