Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (OCCAS) 5.1 is now generally available.
Oracle Communications Converged Application Server is the industry’s most widely used, fastest and most powerful converged Java EE-SIP-IMS application server, delivering a carrier-grade, open, standards-based development and deployment platform for next-generation communications applications. Oracle Communications Converged Application Server delivers a converged Java EE-SIP application container with integrated support for key industry standards such as SIP Servlet (JSR 289), Media Server Control API (JSR 309), Java EE 5, Web Services, and IMS. It supports all relevant 3GPP IMS standards, such as ISC, and Diameter applications for real-time access to subscriber data (Sh), online charging (Ro), and offline charging (Rf). Based on the industry’s leading Java EE application server, Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Communications Converged Application Server provides developers with native access to the rich set of Java EE, and SOA Web services.
