On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), when performing free form recharges using the Service Management Service (SMS) Screens on a wallet in a grace period, the recharge is being rejected by the Voucher Wallet Servers (VWS) as expected, but the screens are returning the wrong error:

Account not available on Billing Engine. This maybe because ccsBeOrb is not running on your available Billing Engines
