After following <Note 1365910.1> ;
* setting the parameter "recycletime.timezone.offset" to 7200 and recycling a CDR at 17.15 CEST time, the SMC(Suspense Management Center) shows Recycled Time as 15.15 GMT + 0200
* changing the offset parameter to 3600, the SMC shows for the same CDR, Recycled Time as 15.15 GMT + 0100
In this context, if an CDR is recycled in winter(before march), and today being summer (after march), if we set the offset to 7200, the recycle time displays the time with offset + 0200 instead of + 0100. But this is wrong. It wrongly reflects the actual time that the CDR was recycled ( when it was winter).
Expected result :
In SMC, the Recycle Time should be shown as "17.15 CEST" instead of "15.15 GMT + 0200".
That is, instead of displaying GMT time plus the offset, can we just display the customer local time directly.
