ORA-01422 Error At Follow-up E2B Import (Doc ID 1517005.1)

Goal

This note is describing how to workaround the following issue of the BUG:13073685
on Argus Safety versions before the BUG:13073685 is fixed.

When a follow-up E2B is imported to a case that has pregnancy information in both patient and parent,
an error is shown at [Accept E2B] operation.

Error Message:
--------------
Fatal Error: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows. Failed to update record. Module : CREATE_CASE_PREGNANCY [3]

The symptom is occurs when
--The case_pregnancy table has two records.
--The E2B follow-up file contains updates for patient or parent.
