Debugging IPSA UI To Policy Server Connections (Doc ID 1517335.1)

Purpose

IPSA uses a CORBA connection between the client UI and the server components. TCP connections must be established between from the UI to the policy server and also from the policy server to the UI. This document should help in troubleshooting the issue at least part way before you need to engage Oracle Support.
