ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The description for Do Not Do Forecast and do forecast is interchanged in japanese language

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The description for Do Not Do Forecast and do forecast should be as the below
 (Record for DO_FORE = 1) means Do Forecast in english
 (Record for DO_FORE = 2) means Do Not Do Forecast in english

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Check in the fore_level table
2. Description for do not forecast and Do forecast is interchanged . It is present as
FORE_DESC = 予測しない (Record for DO_FORE = 1) means Do Not Do Forecast in english
FORE_DESC = 予測の実行 (Record for DO_FORE = 2) means Do Forecast in english

Customer claims that it needs to change to the following

FORE_DESC = 予測の実行 (Record for DO_FORE = 1) means Do Forecast in english
FORE_DESC = 予測しない (Record for DO_FORE = 2) means Do Not Do Forecast in english
