'Ext Call to Get Records Per Page to Display is Failing' Error for WEBSERVER_TYPE (Doc ID 1517692.1)

In a new Oracle Financial Services Profitability Management (PFT) environment that has been migrated from a copy of an existing environment with a Tomcat web server , you are getting the following error when clicking the links under Profitability Management:

Error while loading the page.

Ext Call to get records per page to display for User Id: <user>: infodom: <Infodom> is failing.

The following error is output to the catalina.out file:

The following error is output to the FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log in $CATALINA_HOME/webapps/<context>/logs:

javax.naming.NoInitialContextException: Cannot instantiate class: weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory [Root exception is java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: weblogic.jndi.WLInitialContextFactory]

The errors prevent users from testing Allocations in the new environment.
