Information in this document applies to any platform.
No AC (ApplyCharging) is sent to the network after an ERB (Event Report BCSM) is received and the Prepaid platform is dropping calls.
Error messages are being received from the MSS (Switch) system. The errors indicate that the SCP (service control point) has failed to respond to a query in a timely manner.
