Prepaid Platform is not Responding to Event Report BCSM Messages which Causes Dropped Calls (Doc ID 1517860.1)

Symptoms

No AC (ApplyCharging) is sent to the network after an ERB (Event Report BCSM) is received and the Prepaid platform is dropping calls.

Error messages are being received from the MSS (Switch) system. The errors indicate that the SCP (service control point) has failed to respond to a query in a timely manner.

The PN node(s) also log these errors and exception:
