Goal

Numeric values enterd in several fields on the Equipment Specification Configuration tab are defaulting to a negative values instead of saving as a positive value. Those fields are:
■ Receive In Level
■ Receive Out Level 4
■ Transmit In Level
■ Transmit Out Level
