Symptoms

When running init-config, it fails due to the password policy assuming the o=isp suffix exists.

The check in for the following unpublished Enhancement Request makes an assumption that the o=isp suffix exists and will cause init-config to report an objectclass violation if the suffix does not exist.

  ER 12189926 - SUNBT6512836 RFE:server needs to explicitly set the password expiration policy on the admin users to never expire
