While Trying to Edit an Order on PO Header Maintenance (ordhead) Screen, Error Message "You must enter an Import Country." is Displayed (Doc ID 1518678.1)

Non-import purchase orders (PO) downloaded into Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) through custom Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) cannot be edited on PO Header Maintenance (ordhead) screen.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Import an order via EDI such that ORDHEAD.IMPORT_COUNTRY_ID is NULL.
2. Access the PO via the PO Header Maintenance (ordhead) form in edit mode.
3. Notice the error "You must enter an Import Country'".
