There is a known issue with the Customer Care Portal (CCP) search functionality.
When one selects "Search based on Serial Number" in the Voucher screen, no match (or incorrect results) are returned when the search is complete.
N/A - This is an existing issue in the Network Charging and Control code. No particular change or upgrade is required for this issue to happen.
