The Value of a Voucher's Serial Number in the Voucher Management Screens is Different From the one Displayed in the Customer Care Portal Screen

Information in this document applies to any platform.
For the same Voucher Number, the value of its serial number displayed in the screen :
Services -> Voucher Manager -> Vouchers screen
does not match the Serial Number in the
Services -> CCP Dashboard -> Vouchers screen
This creates confusion between users of both screens. Based on the screen used, the same voucher appears to have two distincts serial numbers.

No particular changes are required for this issue to happen.
