Renaming Of Product Code And Product Name Results In Existing Cases That Cannot Be Queried Or Opened

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After entering and saving a case, the associated product was renamed in Global Maintenance and the permissions were recreated. Querying for the case results in no hits and trying to open the case directly results in a no permissions error.
