Symptoms
In the LODESTAR Adapter version 1.6.1, when an RDL is used to import an XML file and also output the XML to a directory, the output XML is stripped of the root element.
Scenario 1
The XML file contains to usage transactions (cuts). There are 2 Runtime Services that will process this file. The first Runtime Service uses an RDL to import that data into the Customer Database. The RDL strips the root element from the XML file. The second Runtime Service fails with error, "A document must contain exactly one root element COL=XXXX Line=1".
