Symptoms
Visit Names (Clinical Planned Events), which were initially copied from an Excel Spreadsheet during setup, appear in RDC Onsite with a special character in the name
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created new study
2. Copy Event names from an Excel spreadsheet and paste into the OC application
3. Continue setting up the study (DCMs, DCIs, etc...)
4. Attempt to change visit names in RDC Onsite using the Visit Name drop-down.
