Error In The OSM 7.2 Installation Via "-console" Option. (Doc ID 1519703.1)

Goal

 When installing the Oracle Order and Service Management (./InstallLinux.bin -console), the installation kicks-off until the part where installer asks if a localization Jar file will be used.


====Installation Snapshot: Start====

Order and Service Management Database Schema Not Found

An Order and Service Management database schema was not found using the
credentials provided.

Click Next to proceed with the installation which will create a new database
schema.

Click Back to change the database credentials.


Press 1 for Next, 2 for Previous, 3 to Cancel or 5 to Redisplay [1]

[ ]  1  -  Use localized Order and Service Management initial data.

   To select an item enter its number, or 0 when you are finished [0]:

   Localization Jar File: contains the localized Order and Service
   Management initial data.
   [/software/osm/Database/dbinstall/install/omsmodel_l10n.jar]

Press 1 for Next, 2 for Previous, 3 to Cancel or 5 to Redisplay [1]

====Installation Snapshot: End====

When I choose not to use a localization JAR file and proceed to the next step, the installer still prompts for me to specify a JAR file.  When I choose [1] to proceed to the next step, the installation is ended without any error being reported.

There may be something wrong with how the installer (InstallLinux.bin) in configured to run in "-console" mode.
