Back Office and Central Office/Returns Management Applications Not Launching in Internet Explorer After Microsoft Security Updates

It has been recently discovered that Internet Explorer (IE) displays the “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” page when accessing Back Office, Central Office, and Returns Management. These web applications can be accessed successfully using the Firefox and Chrome browsers.
