'Validation Failed' Scheduling Messages During Manual Allocation Due to Socket Errors

Users have reported a "Validation Failed" scheduling message every time they manually allocate an order. This has never been seen before. They are able to override the message and allocate the order even for orders in a region that the crew is not assigned to. This should not be allowed.
