Sonus PSX 7-3-X Cartridge Handling ERR_IO As SUCCESS (Doc ID 1520568.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 22, 2017

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Sonus PSX is returning a ERR_IO, but the cartridge is setting the exit type as a SUCCESS.

Following diagnostic messages are observed in JNEP diag. Seems the cartridge
maps the wrong exit type. ERR_IO is defined in tbl_user_err, and it looks fine.

The cartridge is supposed to set user exit type to PSX_ERR_IO based on the
error code, but it set it to PSX_COMPLD instead.
