E2b Import Failure-No primary receive agency is configured (Doc ID 1521503.1)

When trying to import an E2b file into Argus. Interchange does not accept the file and gives an error that a primary receive agency has not been configured for the message. The agency being used is actually configured as the primary receive agency and hence this error should not be coming. Following is the log in Interchange when trying to import the file:
