How to Connect Pricing Center to Pipeline DB over NAT (Doc ID 1522781.1)

Goal

An user was unable to connect to the Pipeline Database (DB) after stopped using Virtual Private Network (VPN) client and started using Network Address Translation (NAT) over a proxy. From what have been read, Hostname should be used on the pricing_admin.pl; however, it was working till the change from VPN to NAT using Proxy.
