How to Connect Pricing Center to Pipeline DB over NAT (Doc ID 1522781.1)

The user was unable to connect to the Pipeline DB after stopped using VPN client and started using NAT over a proxy. From what have been read, Hostname should be used on the; however, it was working till the change from VPN to NAT using Proxy.
