Goal
It is Enterprise purpose implementation that most accounts have a large number of services (and with that, items).
At the time we try to perform AR_BILL_ADJUSTMENT for one of these big accounts (one having 1898 Services) to a BILL OBJECT having 16507 Items, the server runs out of memory and the BILL ADJUSTMENT action is not accomplished.
