Symptoms
Some country values causes 402000609 ERROR when the scheduled E2B is tried to be opened for E2B Viewer.
ERROR MESSAGE:

ERROR#：402000609 Detail Case <case#> General error while creating E2b report. Value: <country-code> is invalid.
For a list of valid values for this element, please check the table CFG_M2 using profile: ICH-I.C.S.R V2.1 MESSAGE TEMPLATE - PMDA - I
and dtd_element: OCCURCOUNTRY. Stored Procedure: M2_VALIDATION. Please refer Report Details.
* <country-code> is the value of Code List=Countries >> Code (A2).
