(Doc ID 1523106.1)
Last updated on MAY 04, 2021
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 2.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
With Convergence 2, when going into the Corporate Address Book, and viewing Groups, members are only displayed when they are a normal Contact or user. A sub group, meaning a nested group of a static group, is not displayed at all.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- The following group is defined in our ldap server :
Please note, the uniqueMember contains another group entry called 'support'. - Log in to Convergence, go to Address Book.
- Select Groups in the Corporate Directory.
- Select (or search) the group with name 'all'
Observe the nested group 'support' is NOT displayed as a member of the group 'all'.
Due to this issue, users cannot see which nested groups are contained in a certain group.
