Problem Running GA Reports (Doc ID 1523681.1)

On : OIGA 8.2 version, Reports

GA Report crashes

Report should run, displaying results.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go into the Report System
2. Highlight Commission Production report then double click to open it
3. Click Load Values
4. Select desired Values
5. Double click on Commission Date Statement to change the dates to the current month.

The GA Report system crashes and displays a windows error: GA Report System has stopped working.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot run report.
