CSV Export Error After Scale Change To One Year

Symptoms

In Oracle Utilities Lodestar EIP (Energy Information Platform), when exporting interval data to CSV format does not produce the expected output when the data is one-year or one-month scaled.

Steps to Recreate

  1. Launch EIP (web interface) and log in
  2. Go to Usage > Interval Data
  3. Search for interval data usage that can be scaled to either 1 month or 1 year intervals.
  4. Select the cut and scale the result to either 1 month or 1 year intervals
  5. Select 'Export As' = Scaled then click on Export Cuts > CSV Scaled. See Screenshots Below
  6. Save and open the CSV file.
  7. In the output file unexpected time values occurred, where expected values should be:
