Symptoms

A single CRF page cannot be opened via the PC (PC-1). If the user logs in via another PC, they can open the page. Other users trying to open the same page on PC-1 have the same problem hence it must be a localized/PC related issue.
The error message is: "This application encountered a fatal error and will shut down. XMLHttp request failed: <XMLHttp_Request_ID> (servlet error: Failed to get connection)."
