Symptoms
When both nodes of a cluster are running and an order is accessed via the OSM WEB UI, the Orchestration Plan and the whole order at the left panel is not appearing.
With the first node running and the second shutdown, everything works fine.
With the second node running and the first shutdown, the Orchestration Plan opens but it is empty.
