Goal
Services are cancelled, products are cancelled, but discounts remained on original status (Active or Inactive), why?
Replication Steps:
--------------------
1) Have a service with a product and discount.
2) Set its status to inactive using cust_set_status (should be do-able through Customer Center as well).
3) Check the status of discount. It will not be cancelled. It will be either Active or Inactive.
