Discounts Aren't Cancelled When Services Are Cancelled

 Services are cancelled, products are cancelled, but discounts remained on original status (Active or Inactive)

Replication Steps:


1) Have a service with a product and discount.
2) Set its status to inactive using cust_set_status (should be do-able through customer center as well)
3) Check the status of discount. It will not be cancelled. It will be either Active or Inactive.
