Can BRM Limits The Number Of Simultaneous Accesses? (Doc ID 1526743.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 04, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.4.0.0.0 to 7.4.0.1.0 [Release 7.4.0]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Need to limit the number of concurrent logins for users that have access to BRM (BRM core, applications, batch process, client apps, etc).
It looks like one can check the number of duplicate login attempts but, can the concurrent access be limited?

For example, if USER1 is a CSR and is logged in through a client (say Customer Center) then:
Do not allow any other connection with USER1 to any app (Customer Center, Pricing Center, etc). The CM should allow only one connection to BRM with USER1 at the same time.
