InformServerAdapter (ISA) Fails Due to Invalid PFEX_PENDINGTRANSACTIONS.EXTERNALGUID Value (Doc ID 1526796.1)

Symptoms

 The InformServerAdapter (ISA) service stops populating the pfex_transactionxml table and the following error is seen in the Event log:
