Davadmin Account Delete Did Not 'Fully' Succeed, Leaving 'Unknown User' (Doc ID 1528784.1)

When using davadmin to delete a calendar user, it does not seem to fully delete the user as the davuniqueid and davstore attributes are still present in the users' LDAP record.
