Unable To Start Multiple Demantra Instances On The Same Machine At The Same Time

Tomcat does not start two Demantra instances on same machine at the same time
There are two instances of Demantra which need to up and running simultaneously.
Unable to start both Tomcat application servers at the same time although both are installed on different ports. Only one tomcat can be started at a time. To use the other demantra instance, the other instance needs to be shutdown first.
The following error appears when one tomcat instance is up and when you try to start the second instance.
INFO: Server startup in 14594 ms
SEVERE: StandardServer.await: create:
java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM Bind
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketBind(Native Method)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Oracle Demantra Spectrum Instance 1
2. Start Tomcat on Port XXXX
3. Tomcat starts successfully on Port XXXX
4. Go to Oracle Demantra Spectrum Instance 2
5. Start Tomcat on port YYYY
6. The JVM Bind error message appears
