APCC:' Archive One Package' getting errored out due to Tablespace issue

Customer facing Archive process failure due to continuous table space issue.

Error Message from Concurrent Log of "Archive One Package" program - An error occured while populating fact tables, please consider rerunning the concurrent program-1683 -ERROR- ORA-01683: unable to extend index MSC.MSC_DEMANDS_CUM_F_N6 partition DEMANDS_CUM_F_53016 by 16 in tablespace APPS_TS_TX_DATA

This error has started to appear few days back and now customer are getting this error every time. they are not able to submit the concurrent request either.

It is happening in Development environment where they are starting with APCC. DBA team is continuously expanding table space and now, they have almost completely exhausted the available physical space.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run "Archive Plan Summary" program. It will launch "Archive One Packag"e programs. After running for long time, it gets errored out due to tablespace issue
