When Inviting a User to an Event They Are Showing to Be Available, However They Have an All Day Event in Their Calendar so in Reality They Are Unavailable (Doc ID 1530599.1)

Symptoms

Busy information for an "All Day" event for calendar user is not being displayed in Convergence.

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1.  Login as <FIRST_USER> and create an all day event and invite another user, say <SECOND_USER> .

2.  Log out <FIRST_USER.

3.  Log in as invitee <SECOND_USER> and accept the event.

4.  Log out as <SECOND_USER>.

5.  Log in as another user (THIRD_USER) and create an event, say, for an hour and invite <SECOND_USER>.  Select "check availability" and <SECOND_USER> is showing to be free all day, but he is not, as he is going to the all day event where he was invited by <FIRST_USER>.
