At various times, there are one or more stuck generatepdf.exe processes in the Contract Management web server machine task manager. These processes can be manually terminated (at least with the Contract Management web server instance stopped), but they eventually come back. Also as more and more of these processes get stuck, Contract Management system performance degrades.
