BRM is not Working When Configured as Multischema? (Doc ID 1531073.1)

There is an issue when creating account in multischema environment.

To reproduce the error following test was done:

Change the status of an account on schema 2 from Active to Inactive directly from Customer Center, the log in to Customer Center was made as root. using the port of the primary CM.
